Such a friendly staff! They greet you when you walk in and immediately have someone to assit your needs. I called for a same day appointment and they were able to set me up with a doctor and get me taken care of. I highly recommend them for your eyes care needs. Yesterday was one of the most miserable days of my life. I got got something in my eye on the way to work. Got to work and immediately flushed it at the eye wash station. Didn't help. By 8:00 I was unfit to drive. Had my brother drive me from Lake Isabella to Bakersfield to Bakersfield Eye Care and was checked in as a new patient and in front of a Doctor in less than ten minutes. Dr. Pham spent around 20 minutes with me doing multiple procedures to fix the problem. I woke up this morning with almost zero effects of yesterday. Thank you thank you thank you to Dr. Pham and Bakersfield Eye Care.

I highly recommend Bakersfield Eye Care for anyone looking for glasses! My eye exam was incredibly quick and efficient. Right after the exam, the optician, Deborah, already had a curated selection of glasses set out for me. She knew exactly what I was looking for, which made the entire experience quick, easy, and stress-free. They have a variety of frames to choose from. Deborah was patient and ensured everything was good when I picked my glasses up. Plus, the turnaround time to get my glasses made was impressively fast.

Office staff was professional and helpful. It was my first time at Bakersfield Eye Care and I saw Dr. Hur who was extremely helpful, listened and addressed concerns I had with my previous prescription/brand of contacts (from a different office and Dr.), and recommend a new brand of contacts which are already so much more comfortable. They were on time with my appointment and I was in and out in around 30 minutes which was amazing. Highly recommend this office!

I’ve been a patient here a few years now, along with my husband. They have a friendly, knowledgeable staff and doctor… and many glasses options to choose from! And explain your insurance benefits well and clearly.

Just a quick note to say thanks. Yesterday, something got in my eye and started hurting, didn't think much of it and after 8hs of excruciating pain I called to The Eye Care center on Ming and Mariah gave me an appt immediately. Dr Pham helped removed a piece of plastic that was stuck in my eyelid and scratched all my retina/cornea(?). As I was leaving the place, I thought about how lucky we are to have a place like this in Bakersfield. Staff is nice, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for all you do! 🙂

Everything went absolutely AMAZING, I received some great information about my eyes and about my glasses themselves from my doctor that I had never received before which was EXTREMELY helpful when ordering my new glasses. The staff was excellent, very welcoming and just over all amazing to work with. Check in was extremely easy and the wait time was probably less than 5 minutes till I was called back. I also want to throw out an extra special thank you to Deborah who went above and beyond helping me choose frames and helping me understand everything about my insurance and what it would cover down to the dollar and having the upmost amount of patience while I tried on several different frames and just being over all amazing!!! This was 100/10 the best eye appointment I've ever had!!
